Sara Sanchís Rodríguez

Sara has a Law Graduate Degree from Pompeu Fabra University (2004), beginning her professional career at Garrigues Law Firm and joining Esteban&Ustrell in 2013.

Sara has developed her professional activities in the private law sector (civil and commercial), both judicially and extrajudicially. In this sense, her experience both in and outside the courts includes matters of civil and commercial law, for example, relating to distribution and agency agreements, construction contracts, , contractual and non-contractual civil liability, corporate conflicts, contract resolution procedures and enforcement procedures, among others.

Sara also has extensive experience in bankruptcy matters relating to both representing the interests of the insolvent companies and the creditors in insolvency proceedings. She has also intervened in different administrative and/or administrative litigation procedures throughout her professional career, mainly relating to consumer matters.

Finally, Sara also works on matters of inheritance and family law, regarding both succession planning, inheritance acceptance and divorce proceedings with degrees of patrimonial complexity.
