Mónica Yéboles Sirera

Mónica is a Law graduate and holds a Master's in Business Law from the University of Navarra. She began her professional career at KPMG Lawyers in 1994 and since 2018 has been providing tax advisory services independently and in collaboration with other professionals.

Her professional practice focuses on tax advice for family groups, primarily in restructuring their business activities to optimize the tax structure for Wealth and Inheritance and Gift taxes, which requires direct contact with the family to achieve family objectives coordinated with the best tax optimization, advice related to Corporate Tax, both for the company itself and for individual partners.

She has over 20 years of experience in tax procedures, advising companies in inspection processes and before courts (application and tax challenge procedures, both in administrative and contentious-administrative channels).

Currently, Mónica collaborates with the Barcelona Bar Association, where she teaches various subjects related to Corporate Tax and tax challenges.
