Anaid Berenice Sánchez Pérez
Tax and Financial law
Anaid has a Graduate Degree in Law and the specialization in Tax Law from the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México, has also a Master’s Degree in Tax and Financial Law from the Barcelona Bar Association (Il·lustre Col·legi d’Advocats de Barcelona). She has also completed other training programs and courses related to tax and financial assessment.
Anaid has extensive experience in tax planification and administrative and judicial proceedings relating fax and financial matters, whether referring to companies or natural person. She has specialized, also, in the analysis and implementation of international tax law and double tax, among other matters.
As legal advisor, Anaid helps our clients in their every day tax matters, analyzing its daily transactions and the effect on taxes, fulfilling all their tax obligations and executing the corresponding process before the tax authorities.
